Stakeholder Engage Database

This database contains approximately 19,000 key Department of Water and Environmental Regulation stakeholders, customers and web subscribers.

 

For security reasons contact information is not displayed but can be provided to users on an as required basis with the approval of your Executive Director. 

How to build a customised database

You can select as many of the pre-determined categories/ filters as you want to build a customised database.  We can provide your list by numerous variables including industry, peak bodies, geographic area, topic, issue, major stakeholders, department CEOs, Development Commissions, and local government. 

To get expert help to access this valuable resource, and to customise it to your needs, please contact the Database Manager.

 

Please note that once you have obtained your customised lists, the information contained in the stakeholder databases cannot be used for any purpose without the prior approval of your relevant Executive Directors or their delegated representative.

The stakeholder database is updated regularly to ensure all information remains current and accessible – please suggest any changes you want to the Database Manager.

 

Once you have finalised the categories for your database, please email your list of categories to the Database Manager who will prepare your customised database with all relevant fields including name, title, organisation, email, (and phone numbers and postal addresses if relevant),  and email it back to you as an excel spreadsheet.

How to manage a mailing for maximum impact

 

Email campaigns are managed by Stakeholder Engagement to ensure consistency and co-ordination as most customers and stakeholders have multiple touch points with the department
