Stakeholder, Customer and Community Research

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation conducts an annual perception and effectiveness survey which gives people an opportunity to tell us what they really think. With this insight, we can plan and deliver services based on what our stakeholders, customers and the community want, need and expect.
